There are several choices of material to go in the spaces between Puustelli furniture. Promptly installed and precision measured backboards can be in glass, ceramic, quartz, granite, melamine or laminate surfaced as well as different species of wood lacquered and in colorful veneer surfaces depending on the application. The same materials can also be used as a wall surface, furniture end boards or in the background of an island.
A range of accessories can also add functionality to the intermediate space. Railings and various movable accessories are a useful addition.
There are also many lighting options for intermediate spaces many of which feature a dimmer. The lighting is usually integrated to the base of the upper cabinet (available in Finland only).
