TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE - PUUSTELLI

In using this website, the User undertakes to comply with the terms and conditions and notifications in this document and any further terms and conditions that may be given in the service (e.g. competitions). The terms and conditions shall apply to the use of material published on the Puustelli website and to privacy principles. Puustelli reserves the right to update these terms and conditions and to change the content of the website without advance notification.

The Puustelli Miinus website contains copyrighted material, the copyright in which is owned by Puustelli Group Oy or by third parties. All rights are reserved with regard to all material published on this website.

The User may browse the content of our website and make copies thereof by printing out or by saving a file to the User’s computer. HANDLING OF PERSONAL DETAILS AND PRIVACY

Personal details collected on our website shall be handled according to these terms and conditions and according to the currently valid Personal Data Act. Link to data file description.

Visitor numbers and other details normally logged for website visits (IP address, browser type, pages visited and time of visit) may be monitored on a general level using cookies or similar technology. Cookie details enables us to analyse website usage and to improve the website for better service. This monitoring does not involve the storing of personal details of visitors.

Users may block cookies by changing their browser settings. Users who block cookies may not be able to use all sections of our website.

Under section 19 of the Personal Data Act, personal details may be used and disclosed for the purposes of direct marketing unless the User has specifically forbidden the use of his/her details for direct marketing. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions, any notifications related, and the relationship between the User and Puustelli shall be governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in a Finnish court, either the Helsinki District Court or the court of first instance in the User’s domicile.
